A. Standard Inspection Rules for Shopping Agent Orders
1. Standard Inspection and Standard Photo Service
This includes screening all items for prohibited goods and verifying the style, quantity, color, size, model, damage, and defects of the items. Three standard photos will be provided. After inspection, items will be repackaged and stored in their original packaging (note that the original packaging may not be fully restored). Details are as follows:
1.1 If you select “Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking” under “Standard Inspection” when confirming your order, we will open non-sealed packaging to inspect and photograph the items. We will verify the style, quantity, color, size, and model, and check for any major defects or missing logos on the front/back of the item. We will also inspect for damage or noticeable defects (e.g., stains, discoloration, scratches, snags, or folds with a diameter of over 0.5cm for circular defects or over 1cm for other shapes). 1.2 If you don’t select “Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking” under “Standard Inspection” when confirming your order, we will only verify and photograph the item based on its external packaging. We will not be able to accurately verify the item's condition or other quality issues, and you will assume the associated risks.
Special Notes:
(a) Inspection Rules for Special Orders
For orders such as RMB 1 deal, mystery bags, invalid product links, links without real products, multi-purpose auctions, orders for shipping freights, orders for quantity, or items with mosaic-covered images on the store page, we cannot verify the style, quantity, color, size, or model due to the lack of detailed product information. We will only check for severe damage, stains, discoloration, or defects. Please refer to the inspection photos for specific product details.
(b) Inspection Rules for Sealed Products
For all sealed products and non-apparel/bags/shoes items with sealed labels or tags, we will not open the packaging for inspection. We will only check for external damage and verify the item based on the external packaging information. By default, we will not open the packaging for inspection or photography.
(c) Inspection Rules for Electrical and Digital Products
For specialized products such as appliances, digital products, and electronic accessories, authenticity, functionality, and quality are not within the scope of standard inspection. Inspectors will only check the external appearance and will not power on the devices. If you are concerned about potential power-related issues after receiving the item, which may lead to return or exchange complications, we recommend purchasing the " Inspection of 3C and appliance power " add-on service in the "My Warehouse" section for the corresponding order after the item is stored.
(d) Exclusions from Inspection Scope
The following are not covered by the inspection service:
· Defects as declared by the seller.
· Subjective quality differences.
· Actual usage effects (e.g., color differences, size discrepancies, phone case/film models, eyeglass prescriptions, garment linings, box appearance, or minor logo printing quality issues).
(e) Inspection Rules for Intimate Apparel
For intimate apparel, if you select "Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking," we will open the packaging for quality inspection by default. If you prefer otherwise, please select "Do not Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking" when submitting your order.
(f) Service Notes for Agent Shopping Orders
For agent shopping orders, we provide the service of removing shipping documents and invoices by default.
(g) Inspection Rules for Figures
· Non-sealed figures: Will be opened for inspection as usual.
· Sealed figures or figures with sealed labels on the packaging: Will not be opened for inspection. We will only check if the external packaging is intact and if there is any severe damage to the box.
· Figures with embedded packaging: Will not be removed for inspection. We will only inspect the visible external areas, as shown in the image below.
(h) Standard Inspection for Free Gifts
· If the product page explicitly states that the purchased item includes a free gift, we will verify the presence of the gift during inspection.
· If the product page does not mention a free gift, it will be assumed that no gift is included, and we will not verify its presence.
· Any free gifts provided by the seller, regardless of their value, belong to you. We will store and ship all free gifts along with the main product.
· The presence of free gifts for the purchased item is determined based on the product page details, as shown in the image below.
2. Inspection Rules for 1688 Purchasing Orders
Based on the product categories on the 1688 platform, storage methods are divided into Class A and Class B products. The specific criteria and inspection rules are as follows:
Class A Products:
If standard inspection is selected, we will conduct "sampling inspections" rather than full inspections.
Class B Products:
By default, no inspection is required. If inspection is needed, you can purchase the sampling inspection service by adding a remark for additional services.

3. Special Packaging Standards Reference Table
For some products on the platform, the packaging must meet the standards listed in the table below. If the product packaging does not comply with the table requirements, the "no-reason return/exchange" policy will not apply.

Digital Camera/SLR Camera/Camera | The shutter of SLR cameras is not pressed more than 20 times. |
Large Home Appliances | 1. LCD TV and air conditioner: have not been installed on the wall. Simple debugging is allowed. 2. Washing machine: has not been used with water. |

The one-time sealing packaging (if any) of the products like food (including supplements), cosmetics, medical devices, contraceptives, personal care supplies, adult supplies, baby diapers, books, and audio-visual products must remain sealed. “Sealed” refers to The seals or the plastic wrap on the packaging of the product applied by the manufacturers. |
B. Standard Inspection Rules for Forwarding Orders
1. Rules for parcel forwarding, signed acceptance, and inspection
a) Receiving Inspection
If the outer packaging is severely damaged or does not meet receiving requirements upon delivery, the package will be directly refused or returned.
b) Warehouse Processing
- After receiving the package, the warehouse will open it to inspect for prohibited items.
- Depending on whether you have selected the "Standard Inspection" service, the warehouse will conduct product inspection, take photos, and weigh the items before storage.
c) Handling Non-Compliant Shipments
If your items do not meet international shipping requirements, we will notify you through the relevant order and advise you to negotiate a return with the seller.
d) Logistics Tracking
If you find the parcel has not been signed by our warehouse after the standard delivery date (our warehouse is located in Guangdong and usually the domestic parcel should arrive in 3 to 5 business days), please contact your domestic logistics provider or the online customer service team to check the status of the parcel.
2. Inspection Rules for Non-1688 Product Forwarding
By default, forwarding orders include "Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking." We do not provide product verification or standard photos, and items will be stored in their original packaging.
If you need to verify product details such as quantity, color, or size, please select the "Standard Inspection" service when submitting your forwarding order. Based on your package's condition, you can choose whether to unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo-taking.
Inspection Options
a) "Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking"
The warehouse will open non-sealed product packaging to inspect and take photos. Based on the product details provided in your order, we will verify the style, quantity, color, size,
and model of the items. We will also check for:
- Major flaws or missing logos on the front/back of the product.
- Damage or visible defects (e.g., stains, discoloration, scratches, snags, or dents).
Defect standards: Circular defects over 0.5 cm in diameter; other shapes over 1 cm in length.

b) Do not "Unpack the original packaging for inspection and photo taking"
We will only inspect and photograph the outer packaging. This option does not verify the accuracy or quality of the items inside, and any risks will be your responsibility.
Important Notes
